Account Registration and Verification

Betting Rules & Limits

All members must follow the designated rules while betting on 11crickex. Bets can only be placed when the betting market is open. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 11crickex authority does so for a specific reason.

In live betting, odds change in real time. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 11crickex reserves the right to void that bet. 11crickex is not liable for any losses resulting from system failures or network issues.

  • Minimum Bet: ৳20 per bet.
  • Maximum Bet: Varies by market and event — specific limits are displayed on the betting page.
  • Multiple bets on a single event are allowed, but maximum payout limits apply.
  • After a match begins, live betting markets may close depending on the situation.
  • In the event of a disputed result, 11crickex's decision shall be considered final.
  • Any deliberate attempt to exploit bugs or system errors will result in account termination.

Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

11crickex regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the respective offer page. As a general rule, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering requirements must be met first.

For welcome bonuses, a bonus is typically awarded based on the deposit amount, and the bonus balance remains separate until the wagering requirement is met. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Key Rules for Using Bonuses

  • Registering with false or fraudulent information.
  • Attempting to hack an account, commit fraud, or manipulate the system.
  • Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
  • Involvement in money laundering or any illegal activity.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
  • Participation in match-fixing or any unethical activity.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please email our support team. You will be given the opportunity to settle any pending bets and withdraw your balance before closure, unless the account is being terminated due to fraud.
